- All orders placed on weekdays between 9pm and 3pm will be processed the same day and delivered the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and after 3pm on weekdays will be processed the next working day.
- Deliveries are scheduled from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- Customers will be notified within 2hrs prior to delivery.
- Purchased items will be left at the doorstep of the customer’s shipping address if there is no one to receive the items upon delivery. As-Sufi Food Industries Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any lost purchase.
